FAQ's

What's difference between acro dance and gymnastics?

Acro dance combines dance and acrobatic elements, focusing on artistic expression and storytelling through movement. Gymnastics primarily emphasises strength, flexibility and technical skills. While acro dance routines are often choreographed to music, gymnastics routines are typically judged on precision and execution. Acro dance encourages creativity and fluidity, whereas gymnastics is more structured and competitive. Both disciplines enhance physical fitness, but acro dance places a greater emphasis on performance.

In summary, acro dance blends artistry with acrobatics, while gymnastics centers on athletic performance.
