Snow White 'Kiddie's Item' Details

Dear parents,
If your child is participating in Snow White here are details on the rehearsal and costume fitting on the 29th and details on their performance.
This email is not applicable to principals, senior dancers or ensemble.
29th December – Rehearsal Day
Please arrive on time for your allocated time slot.
All students must bring their black ballet poms or dance/jazz shoes.
Please ensure that all hair is tied back and off the face in a neat high pony tail.
If you have yet to pay the costume fee we would appreciate if you could do so on the 29th when you sign in your child. €10 per student and €20 if you are a principal, senior dancer or ensemble member. Please submit in a sealed envelope with your child's name and date of birth, class day, time, venue and teacher.
Day Of Performance
Please arrive 1 hour prior to curtain up. All children will be signed in and fully supervised for the duration of the performance. No parents will be permitted backstage.
Children can only be collected after the performance. We will hold the children for 10 minutes after the performance until the venue has emptied.
All hair should be styled and in curls.
Please apply some basic make up.
All performers must bring their ballet or dance shoes.
All performers must bring a bag to store clothes and shoes. Please mark the bag with your child's name clearly displayed.
Please supply a drink and a light snack.
Chaperones
We have over 100 performers in each show and would appreciate any assistance you can offer.
If you are available for any of the shows to supervise please let me know. All children will be supervised overall by our staff for each performance.

GROUP REHEARSAL TIMES IN THE FIRKIN CRANE ON SUNDAY 29th DECEMBER
It is imperative that all students attend this mandatory rehearsal. All students will be fitted with their costumes, positioned on stage and will have an opportunity to rehearse their dance items.
Group 1 - 10.00am - 11.00am
Group 2 - 10.30am - 11.30pm
Group 3 - 11.30pm -12.30pm
Group 4 - 12.30pm -1.30pm
Group 5 - 1.30pm -2.30pm
Group 6 - 2.30pm – 3.30pm

The students will stay in the theatre from 1.30pm – 2.30pm so please supply a light lunch. They will perform once the show starts at 2.30pm.
