Body Conditioning

This class is a must for any student with a serious interest in dance and improving their overall fitness level. Over the course of the term students will learn how to increase flexibility safely. The class also covers stretches for injury prevention and how to use flexibility to improve competitive elements. Students will also learn more effective ways to stretch in a short amount of time. The class and exercises will improve movement, balance, & posture and will also explore methods to control excessive flexibility. The aim of the class will be to build a solid flexibility foundation.

The class will run on Tuesdays only in our main studio in the South Ring Business Park.
