Our drama classes will actively encourage students to creatively express themselves. They will develop confidence in improvising situations, script work and developing scenes as part of a team. They will learn about the value of drama and character analysis and what it actually takes to keep an audience intrigued.

The primary syllabus includes; role play, script reading, improvisations, sight reading and drama games.

Students are also prepared for optional Feis Maitiu competitions and LAMDA exams. Students also have an opportunity to participate in our annual musical and pantomime.

A full scale drama production is produced bi-annually in the Firkin Crane theatre for all primary and secondary drama students.
